Group Training

Group Training is back at ZONED Fitness!

Our group training provides an appropriate balance of strength training, HIT workouts, aerobic training and more. All workouts are “zoned” for all fitness levels, from beginners to the seasoned exerciser. Individuals with special conditions such as past injuries or minor medical conditions are welcome to contact ZONED about participation. Often, such individuals will begin with private sessions until they are comfortable with training and their personalized modifications.

All enrollments are on a month-to-month basis. Group sizes are limited to a maximum of 5 individuals and a minimum of 3. Those currently enrolled will have first access to enrolling next month. Should they miss this early enrollment, they may lose their spot in the following month.

Sessions are 45 minutes in length. When enrolling in a group, you are committing to those days and times for that calendar month. You can not attend any other groups. Missed sessions will not carryover to the next month.


Groups:

  • Group #1 - Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday @6am DISCONTINUED

  • Group #2 - Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday @7am

  • Group #3 - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays @8am

  • Group #4 - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays @9am

  • Group #5 - Tuesdays and Thursdays @6am

Enrollment Details:

  • up to 6 clients per group

  • Calendar month sign up

  • Clients may only attend the group they enroll in. No make ups or carryovers.

  • $20-$25 per session based on the month
